Our Work
Projects
From a full developer platform to consumer mobile apps — here's what we're building and shipping.
The App Stack
In DevelopmentAI democratized development. We're democratizing delivery. Ship, monitor, and run your app as a business — we handle the infrastructure so you can focus on the product. Two tracks: bring your own app and connect data sources, or fork our template and we handle the rest.
SnappShot
Unified monitoring dashboard. RevenueCat revenue, Meta Ads spend, OneSignal notifications, Twilio messaging, and Google Analytics — all in one pane. Stop juggling six browser tabs.
LittlePipes
CI/CD for mobile apps. Builds both platforms from a single push, ships to TestFlight and Play Store, generates preview links. No Xcode headaches, no Gradle nightmares.
App Template
White-label React Native starter with authentication, subscriptions (RevenueCat), push notifications (OneSignal), and an engagement framework pre-wired. Fork it, customize it, ship it.
API Template
White-label Express backend with user management, feature flags, and app configuration endpoints. Pairs with the mobile template for a complete stack out of the box.
SaveYour
ActiveA consumer mobile app with a companion web experience and dedicated API backend. Built across three repos with a shared architecture.
Mobile App
React Native bare workflow for maximum native flexibility and performance.
Web App
Next.js 16 web companion deployed on AWS for the browser experience.
API Backend
Express API powering both mobile and web clients, deployed on AWS.
LittleTalks
Where It StartedFamily entertainment app — create and send yourself a text from a celebrity or fictional character. The project that started it all and where every pattern, tool, and lesson we've built since was born.
Mobile App
React Native app with authentication, subscriptions, push notifications, and the engagement system that became the template for everything else.
API Backend
Node.js/Express API powering the mobile app. The battle-tested foundation that proved out the architecture now used across all Kobumura projects.
Control Dashboard
PHP admin dashboard for managing characters, messages, user accounts, and subscription data.
CiteWise
ActiveWhat started as a Google Spreadsheet of 1,200 soldiers who crossed the Delaware River on Christmas night, 1776, evolved into a domain-agnostic research collaboration platform with fact-level citations. Live at Washington Crossing Historic Park for the DAR and Park Foundation.
Research Platform
Flexible Entity-Attribute-Value architecture with per-fact citations, confidence levels, data quality scoring, and approval workflows with full audit trails.
Museum Kiosk
Public-facing interface for park visitors to search for ancestors among the soldiers who crossed the Delaware. Touch-optimized for on-site display.
Collaboration Tools
@mentions, watch lists, chain-of-command visualization, configurable rule engine for flagging issues, and role-based permissions for researcher edits.
